Marion’s Bar

This bar is in Marion’s lower level of his home. We did a pirate scene on his walls. Marion is in the commercial fishing biz and loves the sea. I know of no more fitting theme for an old scurvy dog like Marion, the charaters in the scene are his friends, dead or alive.

Walnut Tavern

This Mural is eighty feet long and took two weeks to complete. This building was built in the late 1800′s and has historical value. I painted the native wildlife of South Dakota on the wall for the owner of the Walnut Tavern. Apparently according to what I’ve heard, it’s a big hit in Yankton. And somewhat of a landmark there now. Thomas Holst helped me with this mural. I couldn’t have done it without him.

Larry’s Home

I consider Larry Robert’s to be a good friend. Larry is a successful businessman who works hard and plays hard. I had the honor of being hired by Larry and his wife Terri to paint several murals in their new addition to their home. I must say it’s the coolest home I’ve ever seen. I painted a Bahamas type scene in their Poker room. I also did some jungle background scenes around their pool area. In their car museum I painted a 50′s style dinner and gas station with some of their friends in it. The best thing about this job was getting to know Larry and his family. I hope you enjoy the photos.
